Liability Waiver & Participant Agreement

Duration: January 4th – 12th
By checking the box during registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Health & Personal Responsibility
I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in all offered activities.
I am aware that physical exercises, meditation, or other program elements may involve certain risks, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
2. Liability
I acknowledge that the organizer (Kulturverein Demidov Studio Vienna), the instructors, and the owners of the retreat location cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, health damages, or loss of personal belongings, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
3. Insurance
I understand that I am responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage (especially health, accident, and liability insurance).
4. Conduct & Group Behavior
I agree to behave respectfully towards other participants, to follow house rules, and to comply with instructions given by the instructors and organizers.
5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, its legal representatives, and assistants from any claims made by third parties resulting from my behavior or disregard of instructions.
